High level of blood sugar gives birth to serious disease like diabetes, which can further lead to other health problems like obesity, weakness etc. Below we will discuss some tips to reduce blood sugar.

1) The first step is taking care of your diet. Try vegetables and fruits like apple, orange, peas, oatmeal etc which reduces the quantity f sugar in body. It is better to eat in shifts. Try eating four to five times a day. This will give your body plenty of time to digest the food. Avoid sweets and food which have high glucose value.

2) The next step is to reduce the sugar content in your body. If you cannot eat sugarless food, then there are alternatives. You can try sugar free or jiggery in place of food. This way you will get the taste of food without worrying much about calories.

3) Working out is solution to every disease. Try doing some exercises for thirty to sixty minutes a day. This will help you to reduce fat and sugar level from your body. Apart from that exercising also strengths your body and make you fit and healthy.

4) Drinking 4-5 litres of water a day removes excess minerals from your body and help you to lower down sugar level.

5) Green tea also helps in removing excess sugar from your body.

6) Do not take stress and try mind calming techniques. These techniques remove extra minerals from our body. Hence decreases blood sugar level.

In the end, eat well, exercise and sleep well. This will help you to keep your body fit.
