Acai berry is a great addition to a healthy diet. But will Acai berry and diabetes go together? Many people suffering from diabetes caused by obesity would like to try Acai because of its ability to burn significant amounts of body weight. But is Acai safe for consumption by diabetes sufferers?

Another aspect of Acai that might interest diabetics is that it also contains anthocynin. Anthocynin controls the insulin and sugar levels in the body, making diabetes much easier to manage.

So, thankfully, Acai berry and diabetes can get along. Since many diabetics also suffer from weight-related illnesses, taking advantage of Acai’s many health benefits is always a good idea. To be on the safe side, take Acai pills instead of juices and powders.
